This Guest House is located just 15 minutes from Picton on the Port Underwood Road. The 2 room accommodation is separate from the main house and is private, quiet and offers sweeping views of the Queen Charlotte Sounds. Wake up to the sunrise in front of your bedroom and hear the native birdsong in the gardens. The decor is a mixture of French provincial, Kiwi, and ideas that grew from Jenny's love of people, different cultures, a life of seafaring, outdoors and travel. The room offers a comfortable Queen sized bed, TV, bathroom with bath and shower, and an addittional space that can be used for a living area. The entire unit has it's own balcony with views across the bay and beyond. Jenny is happy to help with your travel plans and provides the best breakfast to start your day with home made muesli and fresh fruits, fresh brewed tea or coffee and toast. There is tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge but there are no cooking facilities in the room. The house is 15 minutes from Picton, gateway to the beautiful Marlborough Sounds, and an easy drive to the vineyards of Blenheim. Please note a non refundable booking fee of $35. is required to secure the booking.
