*****The engineers report confirms the house has not suffered any structural damage due to the quake, however the process is taking some time we now expect the home to be fully operational by mid November. Updates will be posted as we know more*****This home is perfect for visiting business people or travelers wanting to spend a few days enjoying beautiful Christchurch. The location is just a 5 minute drive from Pioneer Stadium or Jade Stadium, 15 minutes to the city center. There are grocery stores, a deli, liquor store, video rental, take away food and great restaurants close by. This home is very warm modern and comfortable with everything you should need for a relaxing stay without the impersonal feel of a Hotel but close enough to enjoy the beautiful garden city.
The whole front of the house offers views across Lower Cashmere. There is also a private courtyard and garden below the house where the song of bell birds make you really feel like you have got out of the city noise.
Linen and towels along with a cleaning service on departure can be arranged. Minimum two night stay.
This home will be freshly painted throughout fresh and clean for mid 2012 rentals!
