I started renting my own holiday house out four years ago. We have loved reading the visitors book and knowing that our special place is being shared with other like minded families. What started as a small sideline very quickly grew into a business and now I manage several holiday homes across our beautiful country. I have a string of very reliable honest caretakers who keep an eye on things for me and of course I visit all the holiday homes myself as much as I can to make sure they are being well maintained. In the four years I have had very few complaints about my guests, as a rule most people respect staying in a private home; especially if they want to be invited back! If you own a holiday home, would like to rent it out occassionally but just have no time to manage it all then please give me a call. I treat all of my listings with the same care as my own holiday home, my property owners only have to tell me when they want to use the house and I do the rest.
